Linen Policy: Towels are exchanged daily. Linens are changed every 3 days.

Summer: April 16 - Dec 14

25% deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Balance payable upon arrival.

• Reservation cancelled less then 3 days prior to arrival - No refund of deposit.
• Reservation cancelled 3+ days prior to arrival - Full refund less $50 cancellation fee.

All deposit money will be refunded if substitute rental and full rental proceeds are realized.

Winter: Dec 15 - April 15

25% Deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Additional deposit money may be required prior to arrival for reservations during peak travel times.

• Reservations cancelled 15 - 30 days prior to arrival - Refund 50% of deposit
• Reservations cancelled more then 30 days prior to arrival - Full refund less $50 cancellation fee.

Booking Policy for Villa

Villa pricing based on 1-8 person occupancy. Max occupancy is 10. Extra person charge is $40 per person per night.

5 night minimum stay in Summer   /   7 night minimum stay in Winter

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

1/3 deposit required to guarantee reservation. If reservation is cancelled within 7 days of paying deposit you will receive a full refund less $150 cancellation fee. If cancelled after 7 days, deposit is non-refundable. A second 1/3 deposit may be required 30 days prior to arrival for peak travel dates in winter. Balance is due upon arrival.
